The end of February

I am always sorry to see February go. I love purple!!! It's my birth month!!! It's the love month!!!

The first challenge is do a layout with just purple and a neutral color. Neutral is a shade of black, brown, gray or white. Here is an example. The chipboard is Basic Grey.

A new week!

I will be starting a new program at work tomorrow called Quality Circle. You find a problem, solve it and then do a presentation on it. The winners get to go to Japan or Canada.

I have a new color challenge. Since it is Lent I think of Mardi Gras. That makes me think of black, purple, yellow and green. Use two of those colors in a layout. Here is mine. This is me and my sister-in-law Sandy.

Yucky Weather

Well, in the middle of creating this new blog the electric went out. That was at 6pm last night. Finally around 3am this morning everything came back on and it woke me up. Denise our babysitter woke me up at 5:45am to tell me my plant had been closed. She has been without power for since about 4:30 yesterday. You can always wake me up for that reason! We are on a level three. This is the tree in front of my house. Look at the ice! And this was yesterday afternoon before the big storm!!! So I will be home all day yelling at kids and scrapbooking. How awesome is that?!?!?

This is my first attempt at a serious blog. I am excited to bring you my memories about my 5 year old triplets, Jade Nicole, Canaan Charles and Peyton Robert and the fun that my husband Bob and I have with them every day.
